Thank You All
CHAIRMAN 25th ANNIVERSARY PLANNING COMMITTEE
Mr. Itu Otu
Once again, I cannot thank the planning committee enough for the long hours invested in making this event so memorable. Special thanks to sister Nike Roberts for her vision, direction, and resourcefulness. Ete Jacob Oroks, for his hard work and timely jokes, keeps things light and smiles on everyone's face. Ete Tunji for ensuring we are adequately informed to enable us to pull the right trigger at the right time. Emmanuel Henshaw, whom we had to tippy toe around when he is half asleep because when he is alert or awake, his mind goes into overdrive and would challenge us on things we tried so hard to avoid, thereby bringing the best out of us all. My prayers for him to be asleep during our meetings never came true. What can I say about Dr. Ebenezer Oriaku? He proved to us that we could walk and chew gum simultaneously. He is a man that can have two zoom meetings running simultaneously and would not miss a thing.
Thank you for your input and time because I know how valuable that can be to college instructors. As for momo, our tight-fisted treasurer, thanks for loosening that grip on the funds and allowing us to flex a little. As for Ete Victor Igori, I would like to thank him for his support of the logistics and for making everyone look great in those beautiful 25th anniversary T-shirts. A special thank you to Sandy Asari Hogan for her support, contributions, and leadership and for providing our next-gen a weekend experience that would not be easily forgotten. Also, I would like to thank Afi Ma Ekong, Ma Mary Solomon, Yetunde Otu, Henrietta Otu, and others I may have forgotten to mention. Lastly, I thank everyone who attended the event for taking time out of their busy schedules to make this landmark event unique and memorable. God bless you all.
I look forward to our next collective endeavor. Stay blessed.
